Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that situations can and will happen for a reschedule or cancellation. However, no call/ no show or a reschedule/ cancellation 24 hours or less prior too the scheduled appointment will result in 50% charge of the service total. LATE POLICY CLIENT I also understand things may cause you to be late for your appointment. Being 15 minutes late for a 30 minute haircut appointment is considered a no show, will need to be rescheduled and will lead to a 50% charge of “the missed” service. Being more than 15 minutes late for a color service may result in not being able to achieve the end result you desire. However the service will be conducted as much as time allows.
